NOTE: POSSE PARKING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO A NUMBER OF FACTORS, INCLUDING CAMPUS CONSTRUCTION, LOT AVAILABILITY AND DONOR DEMAND. IF CHANGES TO THE MAP ARE NECESSARY, AN UPDATED MAP WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AS SOON AS IT BECOMES AVAILABLE. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO PROVIDE POSSE DONORS THE BEST PARKING AVAILABLE ON GAMEDAY.
POSSE parking for 2015-16 is based on annual giving to OSU Athletics from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
In order to receive the benefit of parking for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and wrestling, members of the POSSE must qualify based upon the following criteria:
• Be a donor of at least the minimum amount to qualify (based upon sport)
• Be a season ticket holder of that particular sport (football receives football parking, etc.)
For Football, suite holders and donors at the Cowboy VIP, Trailblazer, and Maverick levels will be provided premium parking. Lots used for premium parking will be the closest in proximity to Boone Pickens Stadium and reserved for these patrons. Parking in the VIP/Trailblazer lots will be allocated by reserving (numbered) parking spaces while the remaining premium parking will be reserved parking in a specific lot but without a numbered space. All Pistol Pete, Golden Spur, Silver Star and Club Level donors will have parking in any of their corresponding lots (see map) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Club Seat patrons will park based on their annual donation.
GAMEDAY PARKING PROCEDURES
Qualifying donors will be issued a book of parking passes, with a different permit for each of OSU's home games. The proper permit must be presented to the parking lot attendant for inspection and stub removal before entering. Permit must be visible while parked in designated lot. Failure to display proper permit or unauthorized parking on gameday may result in the vehicle being towed or relocated at the owner's expense. Re-entry is not allowed into lots once stub has been removed. No drop-offs will be allowed in any POSSE lots. POSSE parking lots open at 8 am for games kicking off prior to 4 pm and open at noon for games kicking off after 4 pm.
Please do not save parking spaces for tailgate partners. Please do not set up tables, chairs or cookers in parking spaces next to you. For safety purposes, tailgating items cannot block driving lanes. No outside vendors unless approved by the POSSE office and/or Cowboy Sports Properties. For more information about tailgating, click here.
If lost or stolen, replacement parking passes can be obtained by calling the POSSE office. Replacement passes take precedence over original passes, which will be voided. A $150 replacement fee will be charged for each replacement book, which must be received at time of request. Single game reprint provided at discretion of POSSE.
Additional parking passes are limited but available to those who qualify with a minimum of seven (7) season tickets in that particular sport (7 football season tickets, 7 basketball season tickets, etc.). ALL requests must be made by July 1 prior to the start of football season. Requests are not guaranteed. All requests are considered, but will be granted based on POSSE Priority Points and availability of parking (additional passes are not guaranteed to be in the same lot as primary pass).
Reserved POSSE RV parking in lot #74 located at Hall of Fame and Walnut requires a POSSE RV parking hang tag. This lot is administered by the POSSE and State Rangers RV Club. Limited non-reserved POSSE RV parking is available in lot #81 located on McDonald, north of Hall of Fame. Silver Star (or above) POSSE permit is required.
Limited parking for visitors and non-POSSE permitted RVs not requiring hook-ups can be found on the north edge of campus at lots #84 and #112 located North of Hall of Fame and East of Willis. These lots are about 0.5 mile to the gameday shuttle service. Click here to see campus map with lot locations. All RV lots on University property will open the evening prior to each home game at 5:30 pm. Additional information for visitor and non-POSSE permitted RV parking availability in the Stillwater area can be obtained by visiting www.visitstillwater.org or calling (800) 991-6717.
Parking for oversized vehicles (other than RVs) is in lot #102 located adjacent to Library Annex on North Boomer Road. Silver Star (or above) POSSE parking permit is required and opening time will be the same as for POSSE passenger vehicle lots.
GENERAL PUBLIC PARKING (NON-DONOR)
Parking spaces not designated as POSSE parking or controlled/restricted by OSUPD or OSU Parking Services shall be open for general public parking.
Downtown Stillwater offers free public parking and shopping opportunities for Cowboy Fans, along with a complimentary stadium shuttle. Courtesy shuttle service from downtown (7th and Lewis) to the stadium (Hall of Fame and Knoblock) begins 3 hours prior to kickoff and continues throughout post-game, with pick-up/drop-off approx. every 15 minutes.
ADA/Mobility parking is provided on a first come, first serve basis with exception of those designated as reserved spaces within VIP lots. To qualify, vehicle must display a valid state ADA placard, and permit-holder must be present in vehicle upon entry. Additional ADA/Mobility parking with shuttle service to the stadium is located on the first level of the OSU parking garage on Monroe Street and should be accessed using the Scott Avenue entrance (southeast side of parking garage). Scott Avenue may be accessed from either Washington or Monroe. Shuttle service will be available to assist in transport to the stadium beginning three (3) hours prior to game time with return trips beginning at the 4th quarter of game. The pick-up and drop off point will be located on the east side of the OSU Multimodal Transportation Terminal located directly south of the Monroe Street Parking Garage.
