"Cowboy Kenny" Headlines Big Air Bash

Don't miss the 2012 KICKER Gameday Big Air Bash, part of this weekend's Hall of Fame Block Party!

The Bash will begin with a pro skateboarding exhibition from at 9:30 am, followed by high-flying motorcycle stunts at 10 am featuring Stillwater native and Moto-X legend “Cowboy” Kenny Bartram and his Steel Rodeo. Riders will perform flips and aerial tricks up to 70 feet off the ground. The four riders have combined for more than 20 X-Games medals in their careers.

POSSE Parking Reminders

TailgateA few notes for fans coming to campus for the Louisiana game this weekend ...

POSSE parking lots will open at 8 am, with kickoff set for 11 am vs. the Ragin' Cajuns.

Construction on Monroe Street will prevent all through traffic between University and Hall of Fame Avenue. Stout Lane (off University) is also closed due to construction. To access the Golden Spur or Silver Star lots in these areas, please follow the routes on the updated POSSE parking map. Lot staff will be present to assist you on gamedays.

The POSSE parking page features shuttle routes for handicap-accessible parking areas and free downtown parking, as well as outlying donor parking.

NOTICE TO TAILGATERS: In keeping with the statewide burn ban issued by Governor Mary Fallin on August 3, OSU reminds tailgaters to take all precautions and follow outdoor grilling restrictions included in the Governor's Burn Ban Guidelines.

Soccer

Weekend Warriors

The No. 7 ranked Cowgirls put their unbeaten home mark on the line this weekend against a pair of non-conference foes.

Friday night, OSU will host North Texas at 7 pm. All OSU faculty and staff (with ID) and students wearing Greek letters will get free soft drinks while supplies last. Plus, University & Community Federal Credit Union will be giving away 100 t-shirts to the crowd
.

On Sunday, OSU takes on Fresno State at noon. Fans showing a ticket from the OSU-Louisana football game can get in for just $3. After the game, defenders will sign autographs for fans on "Signature Sunday."

The POSSE encourages fans to get behind the Cowgirls this season by joining the Goal Club, where donors pledge a specific dollar amount for every goal scored and shutout earned by the Cowgirls. Donations will be earmarked for special needs or projects above and beyond the program's annual operating budget.
